Fitness influencer Joe Wicks has been putting many of us through our paces with at-home workouts while gyms are closed and walks are limited to a 2km radius of our houses.
For many, it's a love/hate relationship as he puts us through our paces.
I know we all have a mental list of things we will do when this is over; visit relatives, a pint with friends, watch a football match. First thing we have to do though, we must kill Joe Wicks. And then rest for 30 seconds.

Recently, Joe has been tailoring his 15-minute workout for children, many of whom are going without PE lessons while schools are closed.
To make it more child-friendly, Joe's workout today is being done through fancy dress - and the kids are loving it!
