The Egyptian capital of Cairo saw its first snowfall in many years today, with claims it maybe up to 112 years since the last time the white stuff was seen.
It may prove a nice break for Egyptians who have seen their country turned upside-down in nearly three years of unrest after the ‘Arab Spring’, with tensions still remaining high today.
Locals took to Twitter to share their amazement of something they may have only seen in movies and here are some of the best pictures!
