It seems Taoiseach Leo Varadkar is single-handedly keeping Irish sock and mug companies in business,
Today the Taoiseach shared a photo of his meeting with Tánaiste Simon Coveney and Minister for European Affairs, Helen McEntee before meeting with press to discuss the Brexit negotiations.
Immediately, all many people could see was the mug Varadkar was drinking from: it read ’World’s Best Taoiseach’.

Last month the world laid eyes on his ’Mr Taoiseach’ mug sitting proudly on his desk in the Dáil.

’Mr Taoiseach’ is obviously a favourite, as he brings it along to meetings too.

We have so many questions: how many bespoke Taoiseach mugs does Leo Varadkar own? Does he get them as gifts or buy them himself? Will we see more varieties in the future? Does he also own some ’World’s Best Taoiseach’ socks?
All eyes are on the Taoiseach’s desk for answers.
