There were around 100,000 people around the country out for the dawn walks for Pieta House's annual Darkness Into Light fundraiser today.
The 5km walk got underway at 4.15am in 80 places around Ireland and across the world.
Families, friends, children, colleagues and even pets turned out in locations from Wicklow to Washington to walk in solidarity for suicide prevention.
Around 4,000 people in Melbourne and Perth, Australia, started it all off closely followed by Ireland and the UK and it finished up in New York, Toronto, and Chicago.
Here we have some photos from the event in Phoenix Park, Dublin.
Well done to you all.
