Got a story about how your community responded to Covid-19 crisis?

Ask not what your community can do for you, but what you can do for your community.

The reworking of John F Kennedy's famous call to arms is never more apt in this time of national crisis.

But it's at this darkest hour that our community spirit burns brightest.

When help is needed most, family, friends, neighbours, complete strangers and communities have responded with great acts of kindness, selflessness and charity.

It can be something as small as calling to an elderly neighbour, collecting and dropping groceries, to larger fund raising events.

Each is a story that needs to be told. To help us tell these stories, to recognise these acts of kindness and those involved, just tell us at the Irish Examiner and we'll tell them.

All you have to do is fill out the form below or email us at community@examiner.ie with a brief outline of your story and we'll do the rest.

When our community needs us most, let's respond together.

In the meantime check out our Coronavirus Solidarity diary where we have been chronicling, for posterity, stories which capture the unique community spirit of Ireland's response to the ongoing crisis.
