Back in March, 21-year-old Matt Heisler tragically died in a house fire.
The University of North Dakota student was a registered organ donor and an amazing 60 people received transplants after his death.
One of those helped was Vietnam veteran Tom Meeks. Meeks had been told in 2011 that he would die without a heart transplant after being diagnosed with a rare heart condition called amyloidosis.
He was rejected by five different hospitals before being put on the waiting list in the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota
Finally, he got the call to say he would be receiving a heart - Matt's.
And now, eight months after Matt's death, his parents travelled to meet the man whose life Matt saved - and it what must have been a painful, emotional and surreal moment, they got the chance to listen to their son's heart beating again.
