Careful snowplough driver finds buried cyclist

A snowplough driver was shocked to discover a "drunk" cyclist while on his rounds.

The driver uncovered the 26-year-old man while he was clearing the white stuff in snow in Notteroy, south of Oslo, after spotting his handlebars poking out the top of the snow.

He told Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten: "I saw some handlebars poking out of the snow.

"When I got closer, I saw that there was a man on a bike completely covered by snow. I also noticed that the man was wearing a reflective vest."

Police officer Knut Henning Bjune said: "He had probably been out on a p*** up, which may have contributed to the ride ending the way it did."

After seeing this story we couldn’t help but this of one classic Simpsons episode!
