The tourist sector and the film industry are set to benefit from the Government's new Finance Bill.
The Bill, which brings in the effects of last month's Budget, is due to be approved by Cabinet on Tuesday.
It is expected to include a tax break for developments around the river Shannon, in a bid to boost tourism in the midlands.
It is also expected to make changes to incentives for film makers to increase the number of big-budget films being shot in Ireland.
