The future of the aircraft maintenance company SR Technics is expected to be known today.
The company's 1,200 workers will be balloted on proposals aimed at reducing costs at the north Dublin firm.
The company says the plan, which includes longer working hours and more night shifts, is key to its survival following the loss of two contracts with Aer Lingus.
The proposals being put to a vote this afternoon were hammered out at the Labour Relations Commission earlier this week.
SR Technics say they must be accepted by June 1st or it will lose another contract with Aer Lingus that could threaten the future viability of the company.
