Irish business owners are being urged to tap into the Chinese tourist market which has increased by 400% in the last decade.

Up to 83 million Chinese people went on a foreign holiday, but visitor numbers from China to Ireland remain relatively low with just 30,000 people making the trip so far this year.

Chinese travel writer Fan Yi Bo, who visited Ireland this year, has said visa difficulties are stopping Chinese tourists from making the trip.
