300 jobs are expected to be lost when Eircom today announces a shake
up of its multimedia interests.
The announcement follows two weeks of speculation.

When Eircom announces its review of its multimedia interests today, it is expected that 300 of the 650 jobs in the area will have been lost.
Reports this morning say the well flagged closure of the digital publishing firm Rondomondo will be confirmed and there will also be a linking up of Eircom.net and Indigo.
Staff will be briefed on the impact of the move when they arrive for work this morning.
