A nine-year-old girl's tearful speech in Charlotte, North Carolina, has gone viral.
Keith Scott died after being fired at by police in the city - they say it is because he was carrying a gun - but his wife, who filmed it, insists he was not.
It has sparked violent protests there.
Zianna Oliphant called for race equality in the US, following the fatal shooting of Mr Scott, at a Charlotte City Council meeting last night.
She said: "It's a shame that our fathers and mothers are killed and we can't see them anymore.
"It's a shame that we have to go to their graveyard and bury them. And we have tears.
"We shouldn't have tears. We need our fathers and mothers to be by our side."
