A car bomb exploded outside a UN office in Kandahar, Afghanistan’s second city, today, wounding at least one person.

A car bomb exploded outside a UN office in Kandahar, Afghanistan’s second city, today, wounding at least one person.

The explosion, in the exclusive residential area of Shehr-e-Nau, was in a car parked in front of a home being used by the UN Office Project Support, said a UN official.
