Tsunami warning after Indonesia quake
12/09/2007 - 12:31:07A tsunami warning was issued in Indonesia today after a powerful earthquake hit the country causing buildings to sway in the capital, Jakarta.
The earthquake had a preliminary magnitude of 7.9, the Indonesian Meteorological Institute said.
It confirmed a tsunami alert had been issued.
