Tourists rescued by helicopter from stranded cable-car


Seventy-five passengers have been rescued by helicopter from a stranded cable-car in Switzerland after it became stuck half way up a mountain.

It took around three hours to rescue all the passengers after the incident near the ski resort of Saint Moritz.

It is not yet known what caused the fault. Rescue services say nobody was injured in the incident.

The cable car goes up to almost 10,000 feet, giving access to a glacier ski resort.
