Torvill and Dean skate with Olympic Torch
In Britain - Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean have skated with the Olympic Torch - before passing it to a soldier who was injured in Afghanistan.
The 1984 gold medallists performed a spectacular three-minute routine with the lit torch at the National Ice Centre in Nottingham.
One of the biggest cheers of the night came when they joined Corporal Daniel Whittingham on the side of the ice.
