A car bomb has exploded near a government office in north-west Pakistan killing at least eight people.
The bombing in the Hangu area is the latest in a wave of attacks in the country since the May 2 US raid that killed Osama bin Laden.
No group immediately claimed responsibility.
The Pakistani Taliban have claimed other recent strikes, saying they are avenging the al-Qaida leader’s death.
Police official Irshad Khan says the bomb went off near the district commissioner’s office, but the facility escaped damage.
