Time magazine has named US President Barack Obama as its Person of the Year.

Time magazine has named US President Barack Obama as its Person of the Year.

It is the second time he has been given the honour.

The judges say the United States is in the midst of huge changes and the President is the symbol and, in some ways, a driving force behind the transformation.
