A Scottish nurse who is being treated for a late complication of ebola is in a "serious condition" in hospital.

Pauline Cafferkey was flown from Glasgow to an isolation unit at the Royal Free Hospital in London in the early hours of yesterday morning.

The 39 year-old from South Lanarkshire was diagnosed with the virus in December after getting back from Sierra Leone.
