Iraq: Suicide bomber kills 20

A suicide bomber blew himself up in a crowd of army recruits killing at least 20 people, police said today.

A police official said 55 recruits were injured in the blast in Baqouba, a city 35 miles from Baghdad.

A doctor at the local morgue confirmed the death toll.
