A man has been charged in Florida after allegedly throwing an alligator into a fast food restaurant.
Joshua James is accused of chucking the 3ft 5m long reptile through the window of a drive-through as a member of staff passed him a drink.
The man faces three charges; aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, unlawful sale, possession or transporting of an alligator and petty theft.
The incident occurred on October 11 at 1.30am.
His mother Linda isn't too sympathetic: “Just a stupid prank that he did that is now turning into this.
“He is a prankster.”
