A plane crash at Malta airport has killed at least five people.
The light aircraft, believed to be carrying EU border officials, crashed almost immediately after take-off.
Eye-witnesses say the plane suddenly lurched to the right and crashed onto the airport perimeter road.
The plane was destined for Misrata in Libya.
All flights to and from Malta airport have been postponed.
Malta International Airport has been closed while an investigation is carried out.
