Palestinian health officials say a 2-year-old girl and a woman have been killed in an Israeli airstrike on a house in Gaza.

They're the first reported fatalities since a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas was broken - it had been due to expire later tonight.

Meanwhile, the Israeli military says a rocket from Gaza has hit the greater Tel Aviv area.
