G7 nations to write off Haiti's debt

The move has been confirmed at a summit in Canada, with finance ministers saying they will encourage other countries to follow suit.
Meanwhile Oxfam says homeless Haitians are unwilling to move to new camps outside the country's capital.
The charity says fewer than a third of people at one of the largest shelters in Port-au-Prince want to relocate.
