German police have deployed officers near a refugee centre outside Nuremberg where an explosion involving a suitcase was reported today.
A branch of the country's office for asylum-seekers is also in attendance.
There was no report of any injuries.
The area is in northern Bavaria, which has seen two attacks claimed by the so-called 'Islamic State' group in the past 10 days.
Sky News has quoted the Bavarian State Interior ministry describing a “very, very small explosion”, and that nobody was injured in the incident.
There has been an explosion near a migration office in Zirndorf near Nuremberg, Germany, local media are reporting.
It has been reported that it may have been caused by a suitcase containing aerosol cans.
There are no reports of any casualties.
