Ex-boyfriend to give £1,000 holiday away after break-up
A newly ex-boyfriend who bought a holiday to Malta for his girlfriend has decided to give it away for free after they split up.
Tom Frankenburg, from Nottingham in England, posted a video on YouTube in which he says he'll give the July trip for two to the most deserving person.
The 22-year-old guitar teacher booked the holiday for July 3-10, and cannot get the costs refunded. The holiday includes return flights from East Midlands Airport in England, a stay at a four-star hotel and car rental.
"Why am I doing this? Well, we live in a broken world, where equality just doesn't exist," Tom says in the video. "I want to fix things, just a little bit…Hopefully this video will inspire you to do the same…Together, we can make this place a better place to live in."
