Eight prisons to close in Netherlands due to lack of criminals
The Netherlands is closing eight prisons - because it does not have enough criminals.
The country's justice ministry said that it has too much space in the prison system and not enough people to jail.
There are space for around 14,000 people in Dutch jails, but there are only around 12,000 people in the prison system.
