Up to 50,000 tonnes of meat, sold as beef across Europe, is being recalled by Dutch food safety authorities.

There are concerns it might contain horse DNA, with records suggesting its origin is unclear.

Around 370 companies across Europe could be affected by the meat which came from two Dutch wholesalers.
