'Dozens killed' in Congo train crash

An overnight train accident killed dozens in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, a radio station reported today.

An overnight train accident killed dozens in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, a radio station reported today.

The UN-funded Radio Okapi said 30 to 40 people were believed dead in the accident, in which a number of carriages flipped over in Congo’s Kasai Occidental province.

Officials could not be immediately reached for details.
