Cameron disappointed at Britain's recession slide


David Cameron has admitted that Britain's slide back into recession is very disappointing.

Official figures show the economy shrank for the second consecutive quarter between January and March - meaning Britain's entered a double dip.

During Prime Minister's Questions, Britain's Labour leader Ed Miliband said it's a recession made by Mr Cameron and George Osborne in Downing Street.

But the British P-M said the economy needs rebalancing.

"We need a bigger private sector, we need more exports, more investment", he said

"This is painstaking difficult work but we will stick with our plans, stick with the low interest rates, and do everything we can to boost growth competitiveness and jobs in our county"
