Bulger killer posed 'trivial' risk to public

A psychiatric assessment of James Bulger's killer Jon Venables has said he posed only a "trivial" risk to the public.
The account from 2000 - just before his release under a new identity - has been seen by the Times in England.
Venables is now back in custody accused of a "serious crime".
Former prison governor, Keith Munns, has said his release assessment will have just been a snapshot of time.
