Two men have been arrested in England on suspicion of Syria-related terrorism offences.
The men, aged 26 and 32, were detained on Tuesday at addresses in Coventry in the West Midlands on suspicion of financing terrorism.
West Midlands Counter Terrorism Unit officers have attended both properties since the arrests this morning.
A force spokesman said: "The arrests were part of a continuing investigation and were intelligence-led.
"There was no immediate threat to public safety."
It is the second time in a week officers have made arrests in the city in connection with Syria-related terrorism offences.
On August 3, two men aged 38 and 40 were detained at different addresses on suspicion of financing terrorism but were bailed, pending further inquiries, later that day.
