A three-year-old boy has been injured after falling from the first-floor window of a house in Britain.
The boy was airlifted to hospital by helicopter after falling 15 feet from an open window and landing on concrete, The Sun said.
The Metropolitan Police said he was in a stable condition in hospital last night.
Scotland Yard’s Child Abuse Investigation Command is looking into the incident, which happened on Wednesday in Greenwich, south-east London.
A police spokesman said he could not comment on the whereabouts of the boy’s parents at the time of the incident.
He said: “At 12.28pm on March 28, we were called by the Ambulance Service to a three-year-old boy who had fallen from a first-floor window.
“Police and ambulance crews attended.
“The child is in a stable condition in hospital.
“The Metropolitan Police Child Abuse Command are investigating. No arrests have been made.”
