Woman to keep dog 'dropped from the sky'
A woman in the US believes she has received a gift from God after a puppy fell out the sky and nearly landed in her arms.
The pooch, which she has named TJ Heavenly, was dropped by a hawk from 30ft in Los Banos, California, and Elaine Bouschard is grateful for the bird's loss.
She said: "I actually think God just dropped me a baby to have for Mother’s day, so this is my baby for Mothers Day!”
Bouschard has now decided to keep the four-legged-friend and add to her collection of cats, dogs, horses and she even owns some hawks.
She added: "My thought is that when God drops a puppy from the sky, you keep it."
