Couple to marry 48 years after divorce
An 85-year-old US couple are to remarry 48 years after divorcing.
Roland Davis and Lena Henderson, both from New York, have only seen each other once in nearly half a century after they split in 1964 following 20 years together - but they have kept in touch through their four children.
The soon-to-be married groom proposed to his lover over the phone and he admits he's "always" thought about remarrying Lena.
He said: "I always kind of had that [remarrying] in mind, mostly because of the children.
"You never forget someone that you cared for at one time or another."
