21-year-old man killed in Mayo crash
16/06/2012 - 09:45:34A 21-year-old man has died in a car crash in Co Mayo.
The single-car collision occurred at around a 2.45am today on the Newport to Castlebar road, at Clooneshill, near Newport.
A man and a woman were injured and taken to Mayo General Hospital, where the man later died.
The road remains closed this morning as gardaí carry out a technical examination of the scene.
Diversions are in place.
