Wallace bids to make Dáil statement
13/06/2012 - 19:08:59Tonight the government is considering a fresh bid by Mick Wallace to make a Dáil statement on his tax affairs.
The Wexford TD has witten to the Government seeking time to make a statement tonight or tomorrow.
Earlier the Dáil's members interests committee decided to make a number of inquiries of Mr Wallace and revenue before deciding whether to launch a full investigation.
