Artists prepare for National Music Day today
21/06/2012 - 09:26:01It is National Music Day today and special live music events are planned for towns all over the country.
There is a huge programme of events taking place in Dublin, where the day will culminate in a concert tonight featuring 40 artists.
Gigs will also be getting underway in towns from Clonmel in Co Tipperary to Ennis in Co Clare.
Musicians involved include The Walls, Cashier No. 9, Julie Feeney and Crash Ensemble.
