Noel knocks back male marriage proposal
13/04/2012 - 15:07:05Noel Gallagher has revealed he knocked back a marriage proposal at a gig – from a male fan.
The chart star was left bemused by the cheeky request as he was performing a gig at the Teatro Metropolitan in Mexico City.
It came hours after Gallagher felt the tremors from a Mexican earthquake, which led to him being evacuated from a TV interview.
Writing in his online blog, the musician said: “I’ll forever remember my own show for a funny scene with someone holding up a placard that said ’Noel will you marry me?’.
