Survey: Most consumers pledge to buy Irish
11/12/2012 - 11:01:11A total of 84% of respondents to a survey claim that they will buy Irish this Christmas.
The research carried out by Kilkenny Group shows that 75% of them say that they will do it in a bid to support Irish jobs.
It also found that 73%of those questioned think the quality of Irish products is superior.
Shoppers said they worried about Irish products costing more, but 63% still claimed that they would pay extra to buy Irish.
