An Post off-shoot to take over Aviva branch-based insurance business
22/05/2012 - 15:45:46An Post's 'One Direct' subsidiary is taking over the branch-based motor and home insurance business of Aviva.
The move - which is still subject to due diligence - will see the transfer of 59 Aviva staff to One Direct.
A number of existing Aviva branch premises in the Dublin area will also been taken over by One Direct, subject to the approval of the landlords involved.
