20/04/2006 - 19:44:26
Rangers first team coach Jan Wouters join PSV Eindhoven next season, RTV Utrecht reported today.

The 45-year-old former Holland midfielder played from 1993 to 1996 for the team that has just been crowned Dutch champions again.

There is no indication of how long his contract will be and PSV are yet to announce the name of the head coach that will replace Guus Hiddink and who Wouters will work under.

Hiddink will take over as Russia coach after the World Cup when he will be in charge of Australia.

Wouters is first team coach at Rangers, as part of manager Alex McLeish’s backroom staff.

He will leave at the end of the season when McLeish is replaced by former Lyon coach Paul Le Guen.
