Irish star Wes Hoolahan has enjoyed a fine season with Norwich in the Championship, the 34-year-old seemingly getting better with age.
The midfielder was named as the club's Player of the Year and he celebrated in some style against QPR.

In a 4-0 win, Hoolahan was the catalyst scoring two and providing the assists for Norwich's other goals.
He's opening goal and his second assist to set up Josh Murphy will have thrilled Norwich fans.
Hoolahan's performance will also have pleased Ireland boss Martin O'Neill, with two friendlies and a World Cup qualifier coming up in June.
