Punter wins £1250 - after backing MK Dons by accident
One football fan from Cheshire got a very unexpected windfall last night.
After MK Dons beat Man United 4-0 last night Bookmaker Paddy Power said that 14 canny punters had backed that exact result with them.

It turns out at least one of these punters was lucky rather than psychic. Holly Griffiths posted a picture of her bet slip on Twitter and admitted the bet was and she had intended to back United.

Griffiths was using a £2.50 free bet and at 500/1 her error won her a very tasty £1250.
It seems Griffiths has been getting some grief over the episode online.
She’s not too bothered though, responding with this tweet in the last few minutes.
