Dundalk's Daryl Horgan is being linked with Colorado Rapids.
According to the Star newspaper the MLS club, who already have Ireland international Kevin Doyle on their books, are interested in signing the 24-year-old.
Horgan scored twice to help his side defeat Cork City in a crucial Airtricity League game last week and scored again on Monday against Longford Town.

Given his current form, many fans have called on Republic of Ireland manager Martin O’Neill to call him into the international squad.
His performances have also earned him a place in the PFAI Premier Division Team of the Year and a nomination for Player of the Year.
Melbourne City and Ipswich are among the other teams that have been linked with Horgan in recent weeks.
