The Guardian newspaper has been left with egg on its face today - after a disastrous picture mix-up.
The newspaper made the mistake in an article about the depressing amount of racist abuse faced by black players in the Premier League.
The article itself was a measured analysis of the levels of racism endemic in British football culture, but was totally undermined by the pictures accompanying it.
The captions referred to three of the most high-profile black players in the Premier League - Mario Balotelli, Danny Welbeck and Daniel Sturridge.
Unfortunately the pictures are of Balotelli, Welbeck and Balotelli again.
Naturally the mistake was quickly picked up online.
Can anyone spot the mistake in this Guardian story about racism? Ooops. pic.twitter.com/Vw5owXfjG3

Just for future reference Guardian picture editors!
Imagine publishing a piece on racism, yet mistaking Balotelli for Sturridge. Bad day at the office there for the Guardian.. 🙈

They also misspelled Balotelli's name in the caption, but let's not even go there - they are having a bad enough day already.
