Cork City to continue playing at Turner's Cross

Cork City FORAS Co-op have today announced that the club will play at Turner’s Cross for its home fixtures in the 2010 season.

Cork City FORAS Co-op have today announced that the club will play at Turner’s Cross for its home fixtures in the 2010 season.

"Turner’s Cross is the best venue in the league, and I am delighted that we will be playing at the spiritual home of League of Ireland football in Cork," said general manager Kevin Mullen.

"I look forward to seeing a large, passionate crowd backing their club in our first home game against Waterford United.

"I would like to thank everyone at the Munster Football Association for their assistance, especially Ger Delaney and Vince Cummins, and I look forward to an enjoying an excellent working relationship with all at the MFA."
