Derry City have beaten their hosts, Bohemians 1-0 in tonight's big game in the Airtricity League Premier Division.

In the other game in the top-flight, Galway United came from a goal down to beat Wexford Youths 4-2.

Vinny Faherty scored a brace for the home side while Gary Shanahan and Ryan Connolly were also on target as they strengthened their grip on fifth place in the table.

Shane Dunne and Andy Mulligan got the goals for Wexford.

In the First Division, leaders Limerick have continued their unbeaten league campaign.

Goals from Aaron Greene and Robbie Williams gave the runaway league leaders a 2-0 win against their hosts, Athlone Town.

Drogheda United were 2-0 winners over a 10-man Shelbourne side at Tolka Park and Cabinteely were also 2-0 winners over Waterford United.
