Sneijder not happy with tall Czech Republic mascot

Wesley Sneijder stood apart from the rest of the team before the Netherlands match last night, seemingly unhappy with the tall mascot who had been paired with him.

Sneijder is 5’7” and judging by this picture from last night his mascot was only an inch or so shorter than that.

It was night to forget all round for Sneijder - the Dutch side lost the match after a late defensive blunder.
