Zebre hooker sent-off after being caught on camera biting Connacht player

Connacht swept Zebre aside in a 52-7 Champions Cup win in Parma this afternoon.

Zebre, however, made life harder for themselves after being reduced to 14-men.

Their hooker Oliviero Fabiani received a 29th-minute red card for this bite, which was caught on camera.

Play became scrappy and disjointed, and tempers flared after the incident.

Fabiani received his marching orders after input from TMO Eric Gauzins.

Stacey Ili scored a hat-trick of tries on his first start as the Westerners eased to a bonus point win which puts them top of Pool 2.
